Sister Ray's Mercury Prize Picks: Eric
Hello everyone, it's been a while since we posted any updates on here and I thought there would be no better way to relaunch the Sister Ray blog than with our staff picks for this years Mercury Prize. My name is Eric. I only recently started at Sister Ray and thought I could introduce myself by taking the first pick. Here's a quick view of the future... Yep, a bit Boris Blank at the moment but we are confident that we can fling open the doors sometime before the death of another rock icon and a politician screwing up a press conference. When we reopen you can...

Seconds away! Round Two! So here we go again, this Saturday 26th September a few events are taking place that could in the grand scheme of things be called noteworthy. 1) It's my birthday 2) A birth date I share with the smooth as silk Bryan Ferry. (I expect we’ll head off to Annabels later in the day and quaff cocktails with the great and good before retiring to a country estate with minor aristocracy still enraptured by our sparkling wit and repartee) 3) Crystal Palace play Everton in a top of the table clash (it is a weird year)...
