Too Late For Tears finds Brooke Combe pouring her heart into a celebration of soul music and the community it creates.

“Somewhere along the way, writing ‘How Can I Tell You’ made everything fall into place for me,” she explains. “I found my sound, what I wanted to say and most importantly, I found a community that feels like home.”
