Poison Pop

Everything Everything return with Poison Pop, bringing guitars firmly into focus with a direct, purposeful intensity. The album draws together their subversive art-rock instincts, live dynamism and pop leanings, following the success of Mountainhead and “Cold Reactor”.

The songs explore addiction, particularly the pull of social-media dopamine hits, culture wars and tribalism. At its heart is a choice between accepting the life presented to you and breaking the spell of those convictions.

The CD comes in a digisleeve with a booklet. Vinyl editions comprise limited red transparent EcoRecord and specialist-retailer-exclusive Blue Curacao Transparent with White Inkplosion EcoRecord.
