More Info
Open Your Eyes", their seventeenth studio album, captures the band after yet another line-up change. Following the departure of keyboardist Rick Wakeman, former session collaborator Sherwood joined the band as a full-time member on guitar and heavily influenced the new record. Many of the songs on the album originally stem from a project Sherwood and bassist Chris Squire developed for their own band, Conspiracy, before the material became part of "Open Your Eyes". "Open Your Eyes", now available as CD jewel case, truly takes the band's audience on a musical journey. The studio album features 11 songs, including two singles: "Open Your Eyes", title track and rock radio hit for the band, as well as the catchy "New State Of Mind". In addition to that, a special ambient track, hidden after a few minutes of silence in "The Solution", allows listeners to dive even deeper into Yes' vast soundscapes.
