Product Info
Heathen Chemistry, released July 1st 2002 is the fifth studio album from Oasis and includes the anthemic singles The Hindu Times, Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Little By Little, and the beautifully written Songbird.
That's the official line. However our line is that it is 65% drivel and only The Hindu Times stands up as a truly worthy Oasis track. Songbird does featuring Liam singing rather than bellowing and its sweet tune and brevity make it appealing. A Quick Peep is an Andy Bell instrumental that should never have made it onto the album. (Probably) In The Mind, She Is Love & Born On A Different Cloud are a run of three tracks that you'll do well to give a second listen to. The singles are bearable but it all feels like a band past it's peak desperately striving to get back on top.
