• Two late 70s albums from much-loved funk outfit Con Funk Shun.
• These 2 albums contain the singles ‘So Easy’, ‘Shake & Dance With Me’ (Top 5 US R&B Chart), ‘Chase Me’ (Top 5 US R&B Chart) and ‘Let Me Put Love On Your Mind’.
Formed by high school classmates Michael Cooper and Louis McCall in 1969 Con Funk Shun had a real purple patch during the late 70s and early 80s releasing 13 albums with ‘Loveshine’ (1978) and ‘Candy’ (1979) reaching the top 40 of the Billboard pop charts and top 10 on the R&B charts and both albums were certified gold.
