Lima Romeo brings together the dancefloor energy and gorgeously textured soundscapes of George FitzGerald’s kaleidoscopic catalogue. His fourth full-length album is a rich, melodic convergence of the instincts that have shaped the south-east London producer’s music over fifteen years.
Described by FitzGerald as “a document of time”, the record embraces a back-to-basics approach, returning to the tools and ways of thinking behind his 2015 debut Fading Love. From the piano-dotted “Hold” to the moodily euphoric “Okla”, it moves beyond his early floor-focused work while keeping its body-moving impulse intact.
The black-vinyl LP and limited clear-vinyl LP each come in a 3mm-spined sleeve with printed inners and a custom Lima Romeo download card. The CD is housed in a digipack with a booklet insert.
