Eye Communication: Live at The Wax Museum

Recorded at the Wax Museum in Washington D.C. on 2 October 1983, Eye Communication captures Marianne Faithfull during her early-eighties resurgence. Released to mark what would have been her eightieth birthday, this rare live recording draws on Broken English, Dangerous Acquaintances and A Child’s Adventure.

Faithfull and her band deliver a varied ten-track set that also includes the previously unreleased “Rising”. Transferred from the original analogue tapes, the recording has been restored and mastered by Andrew Batt, preserving the raw intensity of the performance while bringing its detail into focus.

Presented on CD in digipak packaging.
