Cross Whisper

Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore collaborates with artist and lyricist Cliff Damavandi on “Cross Whisper”, featuring vocals from Gore’s daughter under the project name MG X CD + JL =.

Inspired by the blackbirds that appear in Gore’s garden before and after moments of loss and grief, the track brings gritty, propulsive electronic beats together with shimmering synth lines and haunting vocals for an ethereal, hypnotic collaboration.

This limited-edition transparent green 12-inch single comes in an embossed sleeve. The original track is accompanied by remixes from Regis, Vera Grace, ANNA, Pye Corner Audio and boothnavy.
