Infamous for their charismatic and energetic live performances, Blues Pills has had a fast journey to international success. With frontwoman Elin belting her voice and crowd surfing at some of Europe’s biggest festivals such as Southside, Hurricane, Download, Rock am Ring, Wacken Open Air and Roskilde. Their self-titled debut went straight into the European charts and Billboard, reaching #4 in Germany. Their second album Lady in Gold landed a #1 in Germany! It was followed by successful headlining tours, that sold out venues like Columbia Halle in Berlin and KOKO in London. With their third self-produced and critically acclaimed album “Holy Moly!”, mixed by Grammy Award winning Andrew Scheps, Blues Pills moved their sound even more towards their very own powerful rock. Combining heavy and catchy melodies is Elin Larsson’s outstanding world class voice full of soul and charisma, which is often compared to Amy Winehouse, Adele and Janis Joplin.  With over thousands of sold physical albums, and a growing global fanbase, this band is here to stay. They are making their mark in rock history, and their journey has only just begun!

In August 2024 they are back with their new album BIRTHDAY. An album they created with the Billboard success and Grammy nominated pop hit maker, Freddy Häggstam (The Chainsmokers, Rihanna, Maroon 5, Bebe Rexha, Enrique, Taio Cruz et.al). Together with Freddy they gathered in the Swedish woods to create what came to be BIRTHDAY. Right in the early stage of the recordings, Elin found out she was pregnant. As she had been dreaming of becoming a mother, Elin’s pregnancy and the journey to becoming a mother became a strong narrative for this album. She has been combining the life as a mother with the life of a rock star, continuing a successful career as one of the strongest frontwomen in today’s rock scene and kicking down barriers for other women to follow their dreams and not let society's norms limit or shape them. Especially within a male dominated scene such as rock. The LA photographer Trippy Dana created the album artwork and main press photos, capturing Elin in her third trimester together with the band in the most powerful way.
