James Blunt is back. The 2x Brit Award winner, 5x Grammy nominee and seller of 20m+ albums worldwide is releasing Airplane Mode, his 8th studio album, on Nov 6.
Described by James as his strongest work in 20 years, the album sonically reconnects with late 90s/00s warm acoustic-pop sounds - taking inspiration from artists that first inspired him such as David Gray, Coldplay and The Verve. This has resulted in a live-sounding record - one he’s excited to take on the road next year. The album combines Blunt’s signature anthemic hooks and nostalgic storytelling.
