Doomphonic’s score to this year’s gory cult horror movie Whistle is an incredibly propulsive hybrid score, featuring orchestral passages, vintage synths, and some homemade instruments, creating a wholly unique sound. The score has atmosphere and scares in spades and features plenty of semi-industrial bangers but also features some incredibly melodic 80’s-influenced earworms.
