Chandra's only release was an EP in 1980 at the age of 12 and this compilation adds in a previously unreleased 2nd EP and 2 more unreleased tracks. She caused a buzz on the new wave/no wave East coast scene at the time, playing places like the Mudd Club and Danceteria and designing her own on-stage clothes. One track was later sampled by the Avalanches on "Subway".
