His soft- sweet vocals and recognizable playing yearn on stories about love and broken relationships alongside big- band swing and rock n roll. Song such as the nine-minute "I'm Done Crying" still sound spine-tinglingly classic but contemporary at the same time, whilst "Side Dish" still has that infectious, irresistible zip.
