Following many rejections from record companies, Bat Out Of Hell was finally released in October 1977. These two remarkable performances at New York’s Bottom Line Club on 28th November that year, was broadcast on WNEW-FM, and features almost all of the album - and more besides. It finds Meat Loaf in superb voice, backed by his Neverland Express band and is presented here with background notes and images.
