More Info

Thirteen tracks recorded for the BBC, ranging from a funky Get Out My Life Woman (as the Jaybirds) to an early version of the Woodstock-featured classic I’m Going Home. Five of these tracks were not included on any of the band’s studio albums. The LP highlights jazz, blues and acoustic influences, which would diminish as the band’s driving blues-rock became internationally successful. Sound quality ranges from soundboard to very good and the release includes full recording details and extensive sleeve notes.
