2024 see’s Cock Sparrer release their 8th (and final!) studio album ‘Hand On Heart’.
No-one (band included) expected any more new songs after 2017s excellent ‘Forever’ album. But lockdown came and with time on their hands and plenty to still say the band have recorded their strongest album yet.
10 new songs, all with the trademark anthemic sound that Sparrer are known for with a few surprises thrown in. Hooks, melodies, strong mob chorus’s and String arranger Simon Dobson (Bring Me The Horizon / Mike Oldfield) adding something classy and unique to a track that is a ‘hair on the back of your neck’ moment.
