Released after the passing of one of Sandwell District’s members, Silent Servant, the group’s third album is a brooding, atmospheric and uncompromising slab of techno. Full of dystopian echoes and curious melodies, “End Beginnings” is as haunting and human as it is mechanical and dance-floor ready.
