Catatonia's debut album brought together new versions of material they had previously released as singles for independent Welsh labels before signing to Blanco Y Negro, as well as a wealth of strong new material. The third single, 'You've Got A Lot To Answer For', broke the top 40 and paved the way for a series of hit singles and albums that shortly followed.
