“Barter 6” is the debut commercial mixtape by Young Thug. It features guest appearances from Birdman, T.I., Boosie Badazz, Young Dolph, and others. 2025 will mark the 10th anniversary of the album’s release. It peaked at # 22 on the US Billboard 200. The album had several other impressive chart positions, including #5 on the US R&B/Hip-Hop chart, #4 on the US Rap chart, and # 24 on the UK R&B chart. The album has been certified gold in the US. Two singles were lifted from the album. “Check” was the first single. It peaked at #100 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, #30 on the US R&B/Hip-Hop chart, and #23 on the US Rap chart, The single has been certified platinum in the US and gold in Canada. The second single from the mixtape was “Constantly Hating” featuring Birdman. A mint copy of the vinyl edition released in early 2016 sells online for $180
