This is the sixth album in Blancmange’s exploration of ambient music, experimental soundscapes and imaginary film soundtracks. Written and recorded over the last 2 years, Nil By Mouth VI is the most textured, richly layered release to date - a tapestry of electronics, strange rhythms, found sounds and stray noises which lead the listener to discover new worlds within oddly familiar settings; a mystery inside each sound.
