Taken from their second studio album So Far, released in 1972, this single found the critical world beginning to catch up with the German kosmische legends Faust after the wildness of their first record. ‘So Far’ is pure motorik punch, focussed on rhythm throughout, and it comes with its original B-side ‘It’s A Bit Of Pain’ that eventually wound up on their Faust IV album a year later.
