The only album released by "The Fire Escape" who were actually a L.A. group called The Cajuns, re-named so that the producers (Kim Fowley and Michael Lloyd) could put an album out on GNP Crescendo Records.
Originally released in 1967, there was much confusion as to who was actually involved, incorrect rumours attributed the album to the likes of Mars Bonfire (Steppenwolf) and Sky Saxon (The Seeds).
