Last summer, Honeyglaze released their debut track 'Burglar' - a track highlighting the trio's ability to create intricate melodies layered with pensive lyrics. Not even a year later, we have their self-titled debut album - an 11-track exploration of thinking out-loud, brutal honesty and the excavation of fear. The previously unreleased tunes are so memorable live, it's as if you've heard them before. The album is simultaneously charming and heartbreaking, easing you into to a world of Haiku's, confessions and wordplay. After signing to Speedy Wunderground, Honeyglaze took producer Dan Carey's advice to create longer tracks. The album still leaves you wanting more, but perhaps this is a good thing...
