Big themes of thisalbum are struggling with adulthood, self-worthand self-esteem, mental health and frustrations,addiction, and finding your own self-discipline andmaturity over time. The lyrics that flowed out of methroughout the making of ‘Freshcakes’ tend to bebuilt around introverted thoughts, personal socialsituations, and subjects that I find difficult todissect.”
