PAYMENT

We do not hold any of your payment details on our systems. Internet leader in payment systems, WorldPay, manage all of this.
Payment is taken when an order is placed.

CANCELLATION

Want to cancel an order? Get in touch as soon as possible. We may already have shipped it but we’ll do our best to sort things out.

MISSING/LOST DELIVERIES

Although we all expect our deliveries to arrive in good time sometimes things can go awry. Only contact us if you have not received your item after the following period. UK/EU 3 weeks or ROW 4 weeks. This will give plenty of time for any parcel to be realistically delivered or unfortunately lost. Get in touch.

OUT OF STOCK/NOT AVAILABLE ITEMS

In a perfect world everything would be available all the time and politicians would be open and honest individuals. However we live in the real world and sometimes things aren’t perfect. This can be the case with stock and although we will try and make sure we supply you, in those rare cases where we can’t, we will of course offer a full refund.

With some limited edition items we are at the mercy of record companies who may decide to change allocations at the last minute. It is annoying but we aren’t responsible for their actions. We just clean up their mess and apologise to everyone for their ineptitude. Need a rant? Rant here and we’ll do our best to pick up the pieces.

IN-STORE PICK UP

In-Store pick up is now available through the website. Where possible we endeavour to have your purchase ready for collection within 24 hours of the order being placed.
