{"product_id":"for-all-this-beauty","title":"For All This Beauty","description":"\u003cp\u003eElectronic musician and producer Benge (Creep Show \/ Wrangler \/ John Foxx and the Maths) has announced details of an album release of his long running collaborative project, Striped Light.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStriped Light was conceived by Benge several decades ago and in 2007 he enlisted Sam Genders (Tunng) to co-write the songs and over a period of a few years, invited Hannah Peel, Elizabeth Bernholz (Gazelle Twin), Serafina Steer, Juliana Venter and Tara Busch (I Speak Machine) to record vocals, bringing in session bassist Kuma Harada (Van Morrison, Billy Ocean), the Minimoog player Max Middleton (Jeff Beck, Kate Bush), and lead guitarist Mike Lindsay (Tunng) to complete the recordings before John Foxx came on board to create the album’s artwork and Eoin Richardson illustrated the band.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor All This Beauty is a work of great passion, celebrating the music that Benge was brought up on, using a spectacular array of vintage synthesisers and recording gear, talented writers and musicians, and the beautiful voices of all the singers involved.
