More Info
The 2nd Pink Floyd album, originally released in 1968.
The album was recorded before and after Syd Barrett's departure from the group. With Barrett's behaviour becoming increasingly unpredictable, he was forced to leave the band and David Gilmour was recruited in January 1968.
As a result, "A Saucerful Of Secrets" became the only non-compilation Pink Floyd album on which all five band members appeared, the first for Gilmour, with him appearing on five songs (all except "Remember A Day" and "Jugband Blues"), and the last for Barrett, with him on three ("Remember A Day", "Jugband Blues" and "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun").
1. Let There Be More Light
2. Remember A Day
3. Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun
4. Corporal Clegg
5. A Saucerful Of Secrets
6. See-Saw
7. Jugband Blues

You didn’t have it in stock!!??

I ordered two records from Sister Ray. “Nick Mason - Live & The above item, “Pink Floyd” -SOS” mono. After I had confirmed my purchase I realised I had paid £9 for shipping!!! I was ok with it as I really wanted this record as it was a limited RSD item. However I was contacted by Sister Ray telling me the above item was no longer available and I had been over charged for shipping. They offered a full refund on my order. I chose to go ahead with my order of the Nick Mason Lp and received a refund for the Pink Floyd record and half of the shipping. I’ve since found this item on Amazon and with free shipping. I try to use “real record shops” in favour of Amazon but after this experience I’m in no rush to order again. Shipping does seem a lot from sister ray when so many places offer cheaper and sometimes free shipping. However The Nick Mason record arrived carefully packaged and in good time so I do trust Sister Rays care and attention when having items sent out in the post so I’m grateful for that. All in all. It would be nice to know 100% if an item is available especially when some items are limited runs and rare items a customer could miss out on. Also check the shipping cost!
