The debut album from Californian rock band Eels, originally released in 1996. It includes the singles "Novocaine For The Soul", "Susan's House", "Rags To Rags", "Your Lucky Day In Hell" and the title track. The album sold well in the U.K., reaching the Top 5 and the first 2 singles both went Top 10 but the success was not replicated stateside.
